How to Order Custom
Ordering a custom strap is easy and simply begins with your inquiry to us at: email@example.com
Once we receive your email we'll get back to you promptly to discuss the style of strap you are ordering. We'll email you a short list of questions regarding your basic measurements with instructions on how to take them. When we receive your information back, a second email is sent to you to discuss leathers, graphics if any are desired, and any other specifications. These steps all ensure the personalized fit and the look you're searching for in your custom strap. This process may take a few emails to complete until a final review and estimated cost is provided to you before a PayPal invoice for your 50% deposit is sent. Your custom order may be canceled up to this point, with a refund of your deposit less a $50.00 fee for consultation and graphic design. We establish a personal file for each and every customer of ours with spec notes and leather preferences, sketches, and all email exchanges.
